Matt Thompson is the publisher of Critical Hit Parader newsletter, which covers the intersection of rock music and tabletop roleplaying games. He is the host of the Appendix LP Podcast in which he interviews game designers about the music that inspires their game play and design. Matt is also the creator of the zine Critical Hit Parader: America’s Only Rock ‘n’ Role Playing Magazine. The zine provides tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG) content in the spirit of vintage rock magazines like Creem, Circus, and Hit Parader. He is also a regular panelist on The Contrarians Youtube music channel.
